Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship using international USPS shipping.

How can I pay for my order? Is it secure?
We work with Amazon Payments - one of the most trusted online solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all of the same securities and payment fraud protection as Amazon.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to Amazon's secure servers. Amazon accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diner Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders will ship from the Ephraim Warehouse in 1-2 business days, but shipping can take up to a week or longer based on product availability. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-10 business days depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery speeds times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible, but once it leaves the Ephraim warehouse, it's up to the USPS to deliver it. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Can I track my order?
All orders shipping from the Ephraim Warehouse will have basic USPS delivery confirmation tracking. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us directly at sales@ephraimclothing.com

What do I do if I am missing an item or received the wrong item in my package?
Please use the contact form, fill out the information and someone will get back with you right away to fix our mistake.

It's been a long time and I still don't have my order.
Mistake orders are usually the result of one of three problems:
1. Your order was somehow overlooked by us.
2. The USPS has lost your order in the mail.
3. Insufficient address details.
It should never take more than 2 weeks to receive an order. If you have not received it by then, please contact us using the contact form. Once we get your email we will contact you and handle the problem on an individual basis.

I think I provided the wrong address.
An insufficient address is one of those problems that take a long time to reconcile. Generally, it takes about 3-4 weeks for the USPS to send back mail that lists an insufficient address. Once we receive the returned package we will contact you so that you are made aware of the problem. Your order will be then canceled and you will be refunded for the items you purchased. You may then place a new order at your convenience with the correct address.

Ephraim/Storenvy Return Policy:
You can only return unworn and unwashed apparel and any unopened media. Trying on an item does not count as being worn. Returns must be submitted within 7 days from when you receive your order. You are responsible for paying for any shipping.

Once we receive your package and can confirm that the item is returnable, a refund to your Amazon Payments account will be issued in the amount of the item plus any sales tax you may have paid. We cannot refund you for shipping and handling. To submit a return, please use the contact form and we will get back to you.

Ephraim/Storenvy Exchange Policy:
Ephraim is unable to exchange items. But, we do allow you to return any unworn and unwashed apparel or any unopened media. The best way to exchange an item is to ask for a return and simply reorder your new item online at your convenience. To make a return, just follow the return steps above.
